"Crazy In Love"

“Hey Cheri,
is that Randy’s ring you're wearing?”
“Yes it is!”
Give me my Romeo;
and when he shall die,
take him and cut him out in little stars,
and he will make the face of heaven so fine
that all the world will be in love with night
and pay no worship to the garish sun.
"Juliet"

"Juliet"
The first time I saw his face,
he was getting on the school bus.
I got dizzy, my heart started pounding,
and I had goose bumps.
I thought, what’s wrong with me?
This is so weird, and I shrugged it off.
Little did I know I would marry him 2 years later.
Today we celebrate 43 years of marriage.
We have what cannot be expressed with mere words.
The term soul-mate, is an understatement.

During our engagement, Randy's, parents invited me to the family cabin, on the edge of "Yosemite."
His sister and I slept in the bedroom closest to the kitchen.
I could smell Grandpa's bacon cooking when Randy
knocked on the door.
He came in and gave me a morning kiss. He was dressed in a brown plaid flannel shirt, 501 Levi's, and hunting boots.
He was unshaven and his thick blond hair was tossed all over his head. He was the most handsome perfect man,
I had ever laid my eyes on.
Always a sharp dresser,
in his French cuffed shirts, well groomed hair and face
He looked great,
but I really nearly died when I saw this side of him.
All scruffy and manly!
A few years after Randy and I were married,
"Mr. Darcy"
"Mr. Randy"
3. A true " Gentleman."
4. Serious.
5. Intense
6. Never ever breaks a"confidence."
7. Intelligent
8. Not threatened by anyone.
9. Never ever tells a lie.
10. Patient
11. Loyal
12. Rescues us all, without telling anyone.
13. Always early, never late.
14. Wise
15. Very handsome.
16. Always Faithful
17. Smoldering eyes.
18. Old fashioned
19. A saver, not a spender.
20. Character is never in question.
"Pride & Prejudice" ends with
Mr. Darcy & Miss Elizabeth Bennett's marriage.
Our story is still being written, and perhaps it is better than "Jane Austen" could even imagine.
He’s still tall, slim, and gets better with time.
If that is possible!

A few years after Randy and I were married,
I read "Pride and Prejudice."
I was in complete shock to read "Jane's" description of
"Mr. Darcy!"
The fictitious character WAS my,
"Mr. Randy!"
Yes! I am married to"Mr. Darcy!" With exception!
Mr. Randy is "REAL!"
"Mr. Darcy"

Ruth 1:16 Intreat me not to leave thee,
or to return from following after thee:
for whither thou goest, I will go;
and where thou lodgest, I will lodge:
thy people shall be my people,
and thy God my God:
Where thou diest, will I die,
and there will I be buried:
the LORD do so to me, and more also,
if ought but death part thee and me.
or to return from following after thee:
for whither thou goest, I will go;
and where thou lodgest, I will lodge:
thy people shall be my people,
and thy God my God:
Where thou diest, will I die,
and there will I be buried:
the LORD do so to me, and more also,
if ought but death part thee and me.
Thank you my Love
