Who invented our American "Mother's Day?" A daughter of course! her name was Anna M. Jarvis. Following the death of her mother, she petitioned for a national holiday to honor our mother's. Seven years later, President Woodrow Wilson, declared the second Sunday in May an annual National Holiday, to publicly love and honor our nations mother's.
