"AUTUMN'S EVE"

I call this time of year Autumns Eve.
Sometimes September feels like the real new year to me.

I think it's because, school starts, vacations end, and Fall begins.
It is the New Year on the Hebrew calendar.

I met my "Soul Mate," in September.

The "Beef Stew" is almost done.
Time for a PICNIC!

"Can you smell the aroma of burning logs filling the morning air?"

 When my daughters were little I started a sock tradition. 
The first day of Fall, I gave them a new pair of fluffy socks. 
Now they give me a pair, continuing the simple tradition.

Early Fall makes me think of "Goldilocks and the 3 Bears!"
The "Just Right," part.
The climate now is truly
"JUST RIGHT'

To be completely open,
I better mention my favorite thing about "Fall."
